which is the best linux to cofigure network and use internet and simple?

It all depends if your hardware is supported or not.

linux is very generic, if you look at the linux from scratch project, you can build a system to do whatever you want it to do. you can build a system with dpkg, rpm, and portage support. think of it as a cloud of programs and distros wrap a few programs together to form a working system. iptables is the first thing i think about from your question. i use openwrt on a linksys router, and sure enough iptables. i also have a 24 port switch, that i could build a pc to manage the firewall, dns, hosts, dhcp, iptables, etc.

All good, but you can't say the same of all the users, and maybe some are better documented and have better config tools than others. Don't know what your preference on those is.
