Hi and welcome to LQ. To answer your question we need to know this: do you have access to the internet? or do you know someone who has access to the internet? This will determine how you can get a copy of linux for your machine. For example you can go to this website and download a copy of Ubuntu. Then we can tell you how to install it.

What are the specs of your computer? how much RAM does it have and what type of processor is in it? Ubuntu probably requires a dual core processor with more than one GB of RAM and a decent video card.

Please let us know.

Please see the LQ rules about text speak..it's "please", not "plz", and don't post follow up questions/requests after three minutes. And the first three hits in Google for "how to dual boot windows 8 and ubuntu 14.04" are:
http://www.everydaylinuxuser.com/201...e-windows.html
http://itsfoss.com/install-ubuntu-14...ows-8-81-uefi/
http://askubuntu.com/questions/45113...ws-8-dual-boot

...complete how-to guides, with pictures.

What you need to do then is disable the 'fast boot' in windows 8. I dont know if this will work for you here is what I found (Check the link )

I prefer to try alternative search engines, such as duckduckgo.com

https://duckduckgo.com/?q=ubuntu+14.04+tutorials

Here would be a good place to start:

AGAIN, read the LQ Rules. Posting follow-ups without any further useful information related to the question is frowned upon, as is posting after just two minutes. We VOLUNTEER our time here...we're not sitting around waiting to help you. You won't get answers any quicker posting every two minutes.

That said, there is no way anyone can answer your 'question'...because there ISN'T a question. What do you think we'll be able to tell you, when your whole question is "help me to use linux"? Help you HOW? To do WHAT? Ask a specific question, and we'll be happy to help. Otherwise, think back to how you learned Windows...what did you do? Did you just try programs, read the help, and play with things on your own until you figured it out? If so...that EXACT SAME METHOD works here.
