Before I switch to Linux i want to know how I can sync PC Suite and my Nokia 6110

As mentioned in my Title. I want to switch over to Ubuntu (Linux)but only if i can Syncronise my pc suite. i want to sync my contacts, appointments and reminders. What are my options?

I don't know if you can syncronise your "pc suite", because I don't know what that is.
I suggest you backup your vital windows files, go ahead and install linux, (dual booting with windows), and see how you get on. Address books, bookmarks etc. are usually quite easy to handle. Mobile phones, I do not know (spawn of the Devil, I do not use one)
