BCWipe - how long does it take to finish the task?
 
Say you want to securely wipe free space on an 80 GB hard disk (assume 75% of disk space is free), on a 2 GHz Athlon machine. If you use BCWipe to wipe the free space, roughly how long would this take to run?

Is it hours, 10s of hours, days? Any ideas?

secure-delete is a wipe that I have used. It takes a few mins and is the best.

Yeah, secure delete is another option, but for some reason it doesn't install properly on my machine. :( Thinking of trying BCWipe now.
