BCM4400 problems in Slackware 10.0
Anyone know what my problem is here? I'm trying to configure my eth0 with no luck, after makeing the network drivers in Slackware 10.0 I get this:

Ummm ... forgive my ignorance, why are you compiling
from source rather than using the broadcom driver supplied with Slack 10's 2.4.26 kernel? Cheers, Tink |
Thanks for the reply, as if I could get those working that would be just as good.
when I did a Code:
/sbin/modprobe b44 |
If you get NO output from modprobe that's exactly
what you want ... it only gives output when something goes wrong. As for the "nothing works" ... that's probably still a matter of netconfig Cheers, Tink |
netconfig eh? :D
I'll fool around w/ that and see how things go, thanks for the help so far. :) |
