bash shell projects


hi folks

i have read bash shell scripting...

and i have a gr8 interst in shell programming

and now i want to do some projects on bash shell scriping

plz give me the list of various project on bash

and also suggest that what project will be better for me

i never do any project on bash shell

so please

I don't think you could invent a project for bash scripting. You use shell scripting to solve your everyday needs to manipulate files while working in Linux. But there are bunch of examples in http://tldp.org/LDP/abs/html/, and you could see what could you do for satisfying your thirst in shell scripting.

Try to implement the same functionality as "du -S [path]". See the du manpage for what it does.
