Open the log file (usually /var/log/squid/access.log) with a text viewer/editor.

/var/log/squid should have all the log.

access.log file there is the log file. You can view the log and find who accessed the banned sites.

Err. Not again. win32sux just beat me.

Use sarg to view the squid log files. SARG is a squid log file processor with user friendly. you can integrate it with webmin and is easy to use. Other wise grep /var/log/squid/access.log file for TCP/DENIED.
