bandwidth manage

i am having wireless clients about 10 and i want manage bandwidth so every body gets sufficient bandwidth.
I have heard about squid and delay pool is it the best option.
I want to know how should i implement it ?

If you use and use Captive Portal. There is a setting that will limit bandwidth by ip.
