bandwidth control

can any body help me controlling the bandwidth to users using squid and iptables

i have the Centos 5 installed in the server.i am always facing problems with bandwidth controls with my network. Could any one help me to edit the squid and iptables.

just research bandwidth limiter and install a 3rd party program or install a module for your web program(apache or linux) it easier.

try this
In squid change parameters in sections delay pools. This can help you control http trafic. For the control all bandwidth read manual and try to use iproute
