Question Balsa no /home/name/sent or outbox?

I have just installed Balsa, and I think that I will like it, if I can get it set to send mail.

I have no trouble downloading mail. but when I try to send I get........

/home/name/mail/outbox no such file or directory
/home/name/mail/sentbox no such file or directory

I probably need to set up those files, and I have tried. I have also RTFM, gone to the Balsa FAQ, done a Google search and some forum searches but I haven't been able to find anything that applies.

I would appreciate any and all suggestions.

Thanks, zoey
