Question baffling pci device match problem


the problem is with my ati radeon 9800.. after i run fglrxconfig, everything seems to be ok ask it says "device found at PCI:1:0:0"

but when i do startx, it says

no matching device section PCI:1:0:1

why is it looking at the wrong section!!!
