Bad pmd error message on boot-up

Hi. I recently have compiled my own kernel and i tried to boot up with it. But during the boot sequence, it stops with this message:

Code:
Freeing unused kernel memory: 56k freed
Bad pmd in pte_alloc: 001b03cc
Maybe its because i dont have enough ram? ive only got 15MB of ram, but 2.2.14 used to run fine with that much memory, until i rebuilt it with a new lan card driver.

If anyone is going to reply with "Get more ram" or something on those lines, im not because its pretty hard to find EDO Ram anywhere and i dont intend to spend any more cash on this old PC

Tk21,

God told me to find 2 EDO memory DIMMS I'd been hanging onto. I found them. You can have them for Christmas; A Gift from Jesus Christ. He says they still work, and He wants you to have them. They are made in The USA by PNY, using Micron Technologies mt4c4007jdj-6 memory chips (EDO). From what I can gather they are each 16 MB. Email me on this board (CLick on my nickname). You'll have it within a week or two.
