bad ELF interpreter

One day When I try ls on redhat 9, it has following error:

-bash: /bin/ls: /lib/ bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory

in /lib has ld-2.3.2 and, but no (can not use ls)

So I link to /lib/ld-2.3.2 then has folloing error:

ls: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Any help? Thank you very much.

Looks to me like you installed a newer version of some
system libs w/o upgrading the whole system. Good luck
with reverting (or completing the upgrade, whichever it
will be).

You probably upgraded glibc, and now those executables linked to the older libc won’t work.
