Two things

1) The subject of this thread is not descriptive at all, it's basically useless. Pick a more descriptive thread title if you want anybody who knows about tar to find this thread.

2) Please copy/paste command line output into [code][/code] blocks, do not post screenshots unless it's absolutely necessary.

3) You stuck a trailing slash on the end of the name of your tarball, this makes it a directory, which is invalid. If you want to create a tarball you need to give it a file name, not a directory.
