Ok, so this has nothing to do with memory. If you are running out of disk space, then either delete some unneeded files or install another (or a larger) disk.
I am not able to make bigger wordlists with crunch in backtrack?
What can I do to fix ?
-Should I make partitions of backtrack (HOW?)|Answer please
-INCREASE memory of backtrack (HOW?) Answer please

I can able to create

Any help PLEASE

What are the possible solutions to solve this problem
Solution:
- Download Kali Linux and use its installer to install it to the harddisk. Backtrack is not supported anymore and you will run into all kinds of problems with it.
Once you have installed it to the disk the wordlist you want to generate will be writen to disk, not to RAM (which it does when you run it as Live system), so the size of the wordlist is only limited by the size of the partition.
Two different threads on the same subject have been merged here. @backtracklinux: please, keep the discussion in one place and take in mind that if you want to add further information you can edit your own posts (see the EDIT button in the lower-right corner of your post) or post a follow-up into your own thread.
