Your images indicate two things:
1. You are running an outdated version of Backtrack, the current version is Backtrack 5 R2 with kernel 3.2.6.
2. It seems that the driver needs the kernel sources installed for building, install them.

I don't know is the new kernel will support your device by default, but there is a chance that it will.
To install the kernel sources have a look here: http://www.backtrack-linux.org/wiki/...Kernel_Headers
I also recommend to read this: http://www.backtrack-linux.org/wiki/...e_to_start_.3F

2- i searched youtube about backtrack 5 but most videos i found were about hacking and cracking but i know bt5 basically for security so is there is a respectable source i read about how can i use it for security ?
