Backtrack 4 RC2 PACKAGE MANAGER


Nothing works in package manager I keep getting errors 404 goes out and trys to download showing that it started then stops with error code 404 what am I doing wrong.

a few things
RC2 means Release Candidate 2 . A EARLY TESTING ONLY version
and bt4 is OLD

Backtrack 5 is the current

also BackTrack is a penetrating testing suite for security EXPERTS by security EXPERTS

it has a VERY large and steep learning curve
step 1 - get a 4 year CS degree first
spet 2 then learn BT

Backtrack 4* is actually the (obsolete) Ubuntu 8.10,
+ some forensic applications.

So either the old Backtrack 4* is obsolete too,
or you have no internet connection.
