ayttm wont connect

I tried ayttm on windows XP, DSL and currently FC1 but the same thing hapens(except windows where it just hangs from the second time). On dsl it's a mydsl extension and now I used the source tarball(just the usual configure script and the make's with no moding).

I'm on a LAN and have to connect through an HTTP proxy(squid). The proxy is ste to 192.168.2.2 on port 6588.I put that up in ayttm but it says that it's been refused or that it cant resolve the host(usually the first but sometimes the second one).I've tried this with the two IM's that I use: yahoo and msn. With yahoo I get about 5 dialogs with the permision denied error(and a couldnt connect). With MSN it's just permision denied and couldnt connect.

I tried even putting "192.168.2.2:6588" in the proxy field with and without putting anything in the port field but still no diferece.

Amsn,YM unix(and e-messenger) work fine but this(and gaim btw) just fuck up please help.
