Autostarting apps

My RH73 autostarts a couple of applications (like korganizer).
How do I have it stop it?
Then, I want a couple of my apps to start everytime I log in.
What do I have to do. [My app is not a XWindows app]

I would look into the /etc/rc.d folder, and check out the scripts that are there. Read up on SysV init also. I believe there is a post about this in the forum.
