CDs can autorun on Linux but this is dependent on your settings. It is not necessarily the default behaviour. Even if autorun is enabled, the 'exe' file set to run on a typical Windows CD won't be able to run on linux. The CD will still be readable of course.
But how to make an autorunnable CD/DVD, which will not only be automatically mounted (this I have enabled in my Mandriva), but the system would open an indicated file immediately after mountig it?
How to create Autorun in linux like as when we put cd in windows it shows Autorun.exe
In windows autorun is there, using that in windows they created,is it possible to create like that we create in linux,if anybody know reply me
Thank you,
S.M.REDDY.
