automatically backup folder on Free NAS computer to another Free NAS computer

I have a computer running Free NAS, it has been working fine for almost 1 year, I have a second identical machine and would like to build a second Free NAS box and have my data folders on the first box automatically back up to the second box either daily or as the data changes

ummm, ¿what do you need to solve? ¿what is your problem?

If you want to backup your NAS box, try "rsync"

You could google the sentence: rsync backup
to get a detailed description of the procedure.
