autoexec on Linux?
Hi fellow Linux users,
so this is day two on my brandnew Debian system. So far I love it, it looks like I can do anything I ever wanted to in DOS and Windows. I just followed a nice tutorial about automounting floppies and CDRoms. So far it works. But there are two symbolic links that I would like to conserve for starting up next time. So I wrote them into a script. Now I would like to know: is there an option to execute that script everytime the machine is booted so the links are being defined automatically? Best Regards, Wind |
try putting the comand in /etc/rc.local, that should work.
