Auto vpn connection behind dynamic ip - CentOS 7

I am new to linux. I am using CentOS7. I need to deploy 3 linux servers to customers but i have no control over the ip address they will be get.

I need these linux servers when plugged into customer network to automatically initiate a vpn connection back home to my vpn server.

I dont have any idea where to begin. I will need to setup 4 servers:
1 - vpn server (at my home)
2 - 3 linux servers in the field

Can someone please help me and point me in the right direction.
