Auto shutdown after power failure

Hello guys,

I'm new to linux servers, especially in RHEL. Yesterday there was a power failure for a fraction of a second, after that, our RHEL is rebooting every hour precisely, like there was a cron script (I chequed and I find none).

I looked at /var/log/messages and I see no shutdown comman nor panic that would shutdown the server expect these ones

May 13 14:40:19 turing kudzu: failed
and then it starts detecting hardware all over again...

Can you help me? thanks in advance
