Question audio plugins..

i have recently installed linux on my laptop.. but i'm not able to play mp3 or wma media.... whenever i try it, it says no plugins found for mp3 or wma format..
plz help me..

You need the proper codecs. It would help if you put the distro you are using in your profile.

Google for multimedia codecs.

u need to install the w32codec-all package, and place it where your player will look for them, its quite easy in suse 10.2, u just install the package from YAST ;-)

i dont know exactly what to install n how to install....
so plz tell me exactly i have to install in order to be able to play mp3 files in amarok player.....
