Audio not working :x
In xmms i get this when i try to play an mp3:
Please check that: Your soundcard is configured properly You have the correct output plugin selected No other program is blocking the soundcard
i just compiled a new kernel but i used my old config file & the sound worked on that one, plus in that one it was a little screwy too, would always tell me the file wasnt there even though it was :x

sorry I just found the sound system running, I stopped and started again and I've got sound again, but there's seems to be a conflict with other program sometimes when I launch XMMS, I've experienced some problems before with ximan Evolution alarm that it running in the background.
