ATI Radeon 8500 Drivers

Hi,

I've done a search on the forum and found some things here and there but I'm curious if anybody knows where to get some solid ATI Radeon 8500 drivers that they've used and know they work. I have Red Hat 9.0. It's great but I just need some solid drivers. I won't be doing gaming with it but I would like to change the monitor resolution.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

i have an 8500le and ATI now hows drivers for it and they have exact outlines for installing them with xfree86, i am doing some research before i switch so i know that they have them

Those drivers are for XFree 4.1.0 and 4.2.0. Red Hat 9 uses XFree 4.3.0. If you know where to get drivers for XFree 4.3.0 then please let me know.
