Asus x102b notebook windows 8 with Ubuntu
Hi I'm Beautifull, I am seeking help with my notebook as the title reads I bought Asus windows 8 notebook an the Ubuntu was already on it. The login screen let's me log in only thing is nothing pops up but background an I can get into bios an grub that's it please help me anybody I was on wifi it said update system I tap x to remove it instead it clicked update an a blur screen with mouse came then tried fix screen everything disappeared how can I factory reset my computer back to its original without Ubuntu or with. No CD/DVD disk or USB how can I fix it

If you only have Ubuntu installed and you want to reinstall Windows 8, give ASUS a call and see if they can sell you a restore CD of Windows 8 for your computer, if needed (or if they can help you reinstall it, if by some chance your restore partition is still intact and if you still have a warranty on the system.) If they can't sell you one, then you will need to purchase a full retail copy, from ebay as an example, and install it that way. :) Or you can forgo all of this and take your laptop to a reputable computer repair shop or technician where you live. ;) Regards... |
