arp eth0???

Can u explain me what is the problem with this IP xx.xx.xx.xx....i can see his mac address. Im a proxy for this thief or what's happened???
arp -a
? ( at 00:60:08:20:92:xx [ether] on eth1
? (xx.xx.xx.xx) at 00:01:03:E2:92:9C [ether] on eth0
? ( at 00:E0:7D:C9:EE:xx [ether] on eth1

eth1 is for LAN
