Question Archive storage engine on mysql


Hi,

I have mysql configured and installed on my pc.
all i need to do now is to enable archive storage engine on mysql.
please can anyone give some idea regarding this.

You need to make msyql with it.

PC you say, What OS you running? Distro, version if linux.

Hi,

I am using opensuse 11.3.
Do i have to uninstall MySQL and install again enabling archive storage???
also think i need to download the source/tar package.
