After install i want t validate it. But i when i try to validate it gives me following errors:

shaveta@shaveta-Aspire-4738Z:~/Aqua-Sim-1.0/ns-2.30$ ./validate
bash: ./validate: Permission denied
shaveta@shaveta-Aspire-4738Z:~/Aqua-Sim-1.0/ns-2.30$ sudo ./validate
[sudo] password for shaveta:

'validate' : Please skip. Some tests may fail, and nothing you can do about that.
'validate' : Useful when a stock ns-2.30, ~10 years ago. Not if aquasim is added.

'make install' : It's 'sudo make install'.
And you are supposed to have a backup, a recognizable aquasim command :
cp ns ns-aquasim
sudo cp ns-aquasim /usr/local/bin : And that's the only two sudo commands for ns2.
All other commands must be as unprivileged user.

Permission denied : A couple of mistakes are possible reasons →
1. A Windows© tool was used for the decompression of Aqua-Sim-1.0.tgz .
2. The unpacked application was copied from an USB device.
3. 'sudo' was used for one or more commands at unpack and/or build time.

Usable simulation examples, with a contemporary 64bits 'Linux OS':

GOAL-random.tcl
GOAL-string.tcl
rmac-example.tcl
uw_rwp.tcl
vbf_example_5.tcl
vbf_example_6.tcl
vbva_example.tcl

The nam traces from the examples in #3 can besides nam also be animated with 'aqua3d'.
