Sorry, can you explain exactly what you were trying to do? And from your last sentence, does that mean there are more errors you haven't posted? In which case, it would be helpful if you could post them as well :)

If you were using apt, then presumably you ran it from a command line, so posting the entire command history would be useful, ie:
