apache2 and forbidden error on subdirectories
 

hello,
i have installed apache 2-0.50 from source with php and mysql. i made 3 virtualhosts and these main directories are working fine. but i can't list subdirectories. however, i can access files, if i know excact location. i even chmoded subdirectory 777 but it gives my forbidden error. my mind is totally empty now.
btw, i am using debian and default httpd.conf with few changes(admin mail and virtualhosts)

If you are looking for directory listings then make sure that you have "Indexes" defined in an "Options" directive for that directory or your DocumentRoot in httpd.conf then restart apache.
