Post Apache test page

I have installed Apache server on RedHat 9. My question is how do I edit or replace my test page? I sure it's in the httpd file.

Post Apache test page

Ok. What do I do with the index.html file? Should I be able to put the path of the index.html file in the browser address window like I did with the test page. http:localhost/? Once the index.html file appears I assume you can do html editing?
