Apache does not start without any error!
 
hi,
i'm really confused!
i using slackware 11. and run apache 1.3 and it works great till now.
just install eclips IDE and PHP Plugein!
and now apache does not start, there is no error, no syntax error, nothing
i use

# httpd start

and gives no error, command execute properly but apache doesn't start!
where is the log file in apache?
any advise?

It could be in the logs directory under your Apache install directory. It could also be under /var/log/httpd. You can find out by opening the httpd script you run to start Apache and checking where the Apache executables live. There will be a conf directory there where you can check for the location that it logs to.
