apache configuration

In apache server configuration i got like the below one

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

how to resolve this error.

can you give the output of /var/log/httpd/error_log or /var/log/apache2/error.log - (last 10 lines may be)?

Too less information given::: make sure to give proper info while posting the issue.

Did you checked the apache service is running ?
which Linux distro you are using ?
try running:
psg -e httpd
