Apache cgi-bin in Mandrake 9.1

Ok guys, I'm running apache 2.0.41 on Mandrake 9.1. But my cgi-bin just always returns an internal server error when I try to run an ASP/CGI/Perl script. I've added the required mods and the /usr/bin/perl line in the perl scripts. MySQL and PHP are functioning, though. It is just the cgi-bin that gives me problems. Anybody has an idea?

You have to configure your CGI-BIN directory to be able to execute scripts. It's in your apache config.
