ALL of them??? there are hundreds of apache modules available, why on earth would you ever want to do that?? in general a module is enabled by uncommenting the directive to load it at the top of the httpd.conf file, but you might want to acually ask a full sensible question with a detailed description of your objectives and motivations, with a useful title and say please or thank you next time.
