Apache 2.4 Microsoft Root CA SSL Cert Errors: SSLCACertificateFile

Hi All,
We use a Microsoft root Ca, and I have never had any issues creating CA Signed SSL Certs for Apache 2.4 Pages for Internal Use.

However I have never used the SSLCACertificateFile parameter in /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf and recently require it.

At first I thought this was the MS Root CA cert and I would import it and just add it in.

The ssl_error_log shows this

Code:
AH02261: Re-negotiation handshake failed: Not accepted by client!?
AH02039: Certificate Verification: Error (20): unable to get local issuer certificate
Does anyone have steps to configure this parameter SSLCACertificateFile in Apache 2.4 from an MS ROOT CA?

Thanks
