Angry aol for slackware 9?

i absolutely despise aol, but is there any way to run it on linux? i tried using wine, but that just stayed in the bar at the bottom for about 20 seconds then closed, never saw any part of aol starting up

also, when i try to access my router (address is on my network) it says something along the lines of "cannot access this page"
the router does require a password, but it never asked for one
