Anyone!!..youtube and other media videos not loading after installing ubuntu 12.04

So ive recently installed UBUNUTU 12,04(32bit) gnome3.and loved it!!..
the only problem that ive experience is the media files not loading eg: youtube,etc etc..i did a few tests.im using firefox.currently installed chromium,problem still pesist.download the latest adobe vesrsion.read through forums,just no luck.installed ubuntu restricted extras.No LUCK!!..
I really cant go without my youtube.

please be so kind and help or point me in the right direction.

Maybe you need to have hal installed, see here.

im getting the following :
