Anyone use captive-ntfs?

Someone at my work changed the date on their computer to 2006 and have been running it like that for months. Now when i noticed this i set it to the right time but am getting a bunch of licensing errors. I tried to use cygwin and touch, but isn't really working for me. I figured i would just boot up a livecd with captive-ntfs and do a quick find/touch, because the dates on the files are for 2006 and the programs thinks he turned his clock back due to a expiring license. I am just curious if anyone has used captive and if they have had any problems.

I tried my dangdest to get captive-ntfs and unionfs to work on different distros and had no luck..

In the end it was easier to convert the NTFS partition to FAT32 in order to give Linux write access to the Windows partition.
To do this, in Windows I used 'Paragon Partition Manager' which is better for this task than PartionMagic.

Knoppix 3.8.1 has Unionfs which does the same kind of thing as captive-ntfs. I've never got round to fully use this though but looks promising.
