Anyone know a Debian-Based distro with gnome 3 (If any excluding ubuntu)

I want to look into it.

Debian experimental has Gnome 3.

+1 that is what I use. Nice and smooth 99% of the time.

If I may give a piece of advice, you are going to have to work to install Gnome 3 (Gnome-Shell) properly. Be prepared for a couple of hours work reading and figuring out dependencies switching between Sid and Experimental.

Gnome 3.0 is now in Debian unstable, so no need to include experimental packages!
