Any reference speed to upload jpeg picture to ftp server using wavecom modem


Hey Guys,

Using wavecom modem i am uploading a jpeg image to static ip of port 21, it was taking 2 min to upload a 10KB file.

I am looking for on what factors ftp speed is dependent.

For Eg:
like static ip server speed,
Gprs connection (Network)

kindly provide details for above.
