Another distro question

In recent responses to questions about the best Linux distro, RedHat is not mentioned. Is there anything wrong with RedHat?

After RedHat 9, RedHat became an "Enterprise" distribution. It is still available, but it costs money, and is intended for use in a business environment. In order to continue to serve the home/free market, RedHat introduced "Fedora Core" (usually just called Fedora). FC1 was what would have been RH10. The current release of Fedora is FC4.

Didn't Red Hat announce at the Red Hat Summit last year that they were distancing themselves from Fedora?
