an issue with pump.

I just installed debian woody and upgraded to kernel 2.6.7

when I tried to setup my ethernet card I used the command

pump -i eth0

but there is a message "e100: eth0: e100_wathchdog: link up, 100Mbps, full-duplex"
and then "operation failed"

what is wrong with it?
tks.

Please read the rules (again?) before you continue using the
boards ... this thread is closed because it's more suitable in
networking.
