Did you try following the instructions given right there in the error message?
dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run dpkg --configure -a to correct the problem
Did you try that command? If not, why not? If so, what was the result?

In the future, please tell us what Linux OS this is occurring on - this information can be helpful. Also, please use informative thread titles which try to describe the problem.
