Amsn log in-no file or directory?

Running red hat 9 installed tcl, tk latest versions also 83.0 amsn. I cd to msn and the use the ./amsn to start the program. I get back a script that reads no such file or directory. Anyone have a clue on how to correct this.
Thanks in advance.

Do you have read access to the file/directory?
Is the executable flag set on the amsn file?

I finally got it working. It was a corrupt tcl file.
