aMSN for ubuntu does'nt open

I'm trying to login in aMSN, i write my e-mail address and password then i press enter it shows (loggin In) but aMSN does'nt come on line.
Can you help me i'm a newbie in the linux word
thanks.

Man , first check if your mail is wellwritten, maybe is that you have the caps on. IF is something different try installing again.

or go to a terminal and type : su
password:
and
apt-get -y install amsn

i hope this work!

The Solution.
It is very simple. Go to URL "http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy-backports/amsn-data" and download and install the amsn-data deb package. After installation, login will be OK...
