AMD64 run 32 bit mode


Can anyone help me... i need some apps that are only for 32 bits arch
other words i386 but i need to use them i use ubuntu hoary 64 amd edition and
i want to know if is there a easy way to run this same hoary in 32 bit mode maybe changing the kernel or something like that.. if there is a way can
anyone help me or guide me a little...
